This is the service contract for Mimory. Paying for a service means accepting it in full. If any clause does not work for you, do not pay — write to us instead.
1. Parties
The Provider is the business whose details appear in section 10. The Customer is the individual accepting this offer. If the student is under 18, the contract is entered into and paid for by a parent or legal guardian. By registering a minor you confirm you are that guardian.
2. Subject
The Provider gives access to an online English-learning platform and runs lessons in the formats described on the site: group lessons (4–6 learners), one-to-one lessons, and the dashboard tools — spaced-repetition vocabulary, pronunciation practice and AI-graded homework.
3. Payment and credits
Services are paid for in credits, the platform’s internal unit. The rate is 1 credit = 1 UAH. Credits are added to your balance on top-up and spent on lessons or a subscription according to the tier chosen on the pricing page.

4. Trial lesson
The first 30-minute trial lesson is free, once per customer, and carries no obligation to pay for anything further.
5. Lessons and rescheduling
Lessons run on the schedule agreed in the dashboard. A lesson can be rescheduled up to 4 hours before it starts. A lesson missed without that notice counts as delivered. Lessons are recorded; the recording is available in the customer’s dashboard.
6. Package validity
Lessons bought as a package are valid for 6 months from the date of payment.
7. Cancellation and refunds
The customer may stop studying at any time. Unused credits are refunded on written request to hello@mimory.space. Requests are processed manually within a few working days; funds are returned by the same method they were paid. Lessons already delivered, and lessons missed without 4 hours’ notice, are not refundable.
8. Referral programme
For every invited person who tops up for the first time, the customer receives 10% of that first top-up in credits, with a minimum of 50 credits. There is no cap on invitations. The bonus is paid in credits and is never paid out in money.
9. Liability
The Provider does not guarantee a particular level of English or exam score: the outcome depends on the customer’s participation. The Provider is responsible for actually delivering the lessons and access that were paid for. If a lesson does not happen because of a technical failure on the Provider’s side, it is rescheduled or the credits are returned to the balance.
